On Travels and Photos

About this blog . . .

I set a goal in October 2014 to finish exploring all 50 States before my birthday in September 2015. I've traveled some of the states before I came to the US as an immigrant, and I want to continue doing it. I am very grateful to have my dream job as a Flight Attendant, and more than grateful to enjoy the travel benefits in pursuing my passion to travel.

Taking photos is a crucial part of my travels. Images are memories that last. They bring us back to places and experiences we want to remember. I will be sharing few favorite photos, and few good stuff to reconnect with them.

Thank you, to all of you who were with me on my travels.

Join me on my wonderful journey . . . . .

Music and Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville is called the Music City. It is the capital of Tennessee and the center of the music industry.

I visited Nashville in May 2015 and joined a city tour. Most of the places and things I saw that have something to do with music are impressive – the buildings, billboards, stores, and restaurants. Those that are not music-related are equally impressive. The surroundings were organized and clean. Beautiful city. Nice people.

Tourists go to Nashville to experience southern music and lifestyle. I heard that this place is famous for bachelorette parties or any kind of parties. I am not a big party person, but I wouldn't mind experiencing this one day.

People from the south are generally nice and hospitable. I met a new friend, Ron, and his daughter. He offered me a ride downtown and invited me to see the Southern Women's Show at the Music City Center. I enjoyed the show, including meeting Mrs. Tennessee and some shopping. After seeing the show, I strolled downtown and joined a crowd having fun at the music bar.

I love music, and I love Nashville. So you can call me a Tennessean!
